Last year we were at the Ardbeg Distillery, and had a tour around. Back on Islay we found our selfs liking another tour around a little tasting. Sadly we are going from Islay on Ardbog day and could not enjoy the festivities there.

In the days before we were told there would be 30 bottles for sale, one per person. But then you have to que early. We managed to do that and get a bottle of Ardbog so we could take it home with us… 🙂

We had a walk around and take some new pictures of the distillery and surroundings, and had a great tasting of some expressions. This is really a beautiful distillery on a beautiful location. If you can make it there, and have a bite to eat in the great cafe.
